The property is detached with a south facing heated pool in an extended screened enclosure with a covered lanai. The pool area has been extended to provide additional space immediately adjacent to the pool to accommodate patio furniture for sunbathing and dining alfresco. From the comfort of our luxurious and serene five-bedroom villa, you'll be able to take advantage of all that Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer.
If golf is your passion, then Rotonda's the place for you. Boasting four courses, there's something here for both the novice and the experienced golfer. And the 54 premier holes on the Cape Haze Peninsula are minutes from your doorstep!
Only ten minutes away are the unspoiled beaches of Englewood, Stump Pass, and Blind Pass. Stroll along the powdery white sands, swim in the turquoise waters of the Gulf and enjoy a breathtaking sunset at the end of a relaxing day.
Villa Zambezi is an ideal base for boating, fishing and a variety of water sports. This area has some of the most sensational fresh and saltwater fishing in southwest Florida. Tarpon, kingfish, grouper, snook, reds, bass and trout are all here. Nearby Boca Grande is hailed as the world capital for tarpon fishing.
Of course, a little farther away are the attractions of Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld in Orlando, Busch Gardens in Tampa, the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral and the Everglades.
